History of the Halo series. Part 2.

The first part of “The History of the Halo Series” was warmly received by you. In the second part, I tried to correct the errors that you pointed out to me in the comments. And so, let’s move on directly to the video itself… In the second part I will talk about Halo 2 – a direct continuation of the original. About the difficulties the developers had to face, about the plot, the reaction of players and.T.n. As in the case of the previous issue, I ask you to point out the disadvantages so that I can correct them in the new part of the “history of the series”.

Enjoy watching… and if possible, point out to me what I need to work on in order to make the new part better than the previous one.

Nice job, but:
www.regalwins-casino.co.uk />— Speaking about increasing the number of dialogues and cutscenes, not a single one was demonstrated, except for the “return to sender” video, going to the ruins of the forerunners, the Chief asks a question about “what is it that “San Shaum” sings so beautifully?” in response, Cortana says that ““San Shaum” calls for the launch of halo” and snaps his fingers, including the translation.
— The history of the series includes the history of the development of a hero or group of heroes, their relationships?
— while watching, the fact “Halo 2 had a great multiplayer” became ingrained and despite the fact that “Halo 2 had a great multiplayer”, at the end of the video it was said that “Halo 2 had a great multiplayer” and thanks to Games for windows LIVE damn him forever and ever this type of multiplayer was extended to subsequent shooters.(About “friends” and the list of favorite servers was known back in UT2003, but on PC)
– interesting fact halo2 came out on PC almost simultaneously with the release of halo3 on CUCKBOX consoles

Well, the cutscene with the bomb is perhaps the most famous in the second part (it’s not for nothing that they shove it into every trailer). The video contains several dialogue scenes that play an important role in the plot, I deliberately left them without comments and added subtitles (there is no official translation, and the pirated one leaves much to be desired). In general, it would be possible to add more videos, but the video would turn out to be very long (I’m not used to working with material of such volumes, although I plan to do the 3rd part in the first week of January, when I have a lot of free time, so I can work more). Halo 2 shows how the relationship between the main characters (Chief and Cortana) develops. Many believed that the love between Chief and Cortana was the wet fantasies of fans, although the voice actor of Chief, in one of his interviews, assured that there really is chemistry between the main characters. I made a small reservation about multiplayer. Yes, the friend list appeared earlier in UT2003, but in Halo 2 more attention was paid to this aspect. In addition, Xbox Live was supposed to launch in 2001, along with the release of the first Halo, but it was constantly refined and ultimately the service began to work normally in 2004. And the friend list spread not through Games for Windows Live, but through Xbox Live. The second one worked more stable and was generally more convenient than its PC counterpart.

Well, here you are both right and wrong at the same time. Firstly: the scene with the taking of the tongue was in one of the books (in my opinion, “The Fall of the Limit”). Secondly: people did not conduct experiments on the covenants (but it was necessary in order to study the enemy, I immediately remember XCOM), however, based on the armor of the Elites, the UNSC created the armor of the Spartans. People also adopted shield technology from aliens. Thirdly: there were several moments in the game when Cortana hacked the covenant database and found out all the necessary information herself. Under such circumstances, you can do without a tongue.

On Xbox One, again, there is a gorgeous remaster developed by Saber Interactive, Halo 2: Anniversary, in which the graphics and sound have been significantly redesigned for the better. Essentially! Not only has the render been upgraded, but also expensive video screensavers have been drawn, which are not inferior in quality to cinematic CGI.

And it seems like I haven’t heard a word about Breaking Benjamin recording their gorgeous track Blow me away in honor of the game.

About ODST after the 3rd part, and about Reach after Halo Wars (the chronology is as follows: Halo, Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo 3 ODST, Halo Wars, Halo Reach, Halo 4, and then mobile phones and books with the latest release). I can’t say anything about the 5th part, because I haven’t played it, since I don’t have an XBOX ONE.

I just thought about it now:
humanity has learned to travel millions of light years in outer space and has studied genetic engineering (let’s forget for a moment about the earth’s magnetic field that saves us from solar radiation – it’s complicated) explored alien technology (the first collision – people won) with the help of nanotechnology they could not reproduce it (let’s forget about the “chemical laser” of 1965-1972 USSR and the plasma pistol lying in the FSB museum)…could not reproduce metal alloys, magnetic fields…or did not want to, were not considered appropriate, since kinetic weapons are more lethal in airless space… In the absence of a language barrier, no one thought about taking the “language” for interrogation or experiments, but we have genetically modified “Spartans”.
Question: what information does this work of art contain??
maybe it was correctly noted about “referring to the US war with the Arab world?»
